Edward Kruse and the staff at Kruse, Reinker & Hamilton LLC offer comprehensive representation in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and worker’s compensation law. Mr. Kruse has practiced for 20 years in the area of civil injury litigation with an emphasis in representing Plaintiffs for the last 17 years. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Kruse worked for several years at the St. Louis County Counselor's Office and obtained extensive jury trial experience in the defense of personal injury cases where he obtained many defense verdicts. Upon the founding of Kruse, Reinker & Hamilton, Mr. Kruse began his Plaintiffs practice of representing injury victims in automobile accidents, premises liability cases, medical malpractice and worker’s compensation cases.
Personal Injury
Mr. Kruse has successfully represented hundreds of individuals in connection with their injuries in Missouri and Illinois. Many of these cases settle with the defendant’s insurance company without filing suit. Many others have been tried to a successful jury verdict. While other client’s injuries have involved the claims and cases that other attorneys turned away and the client came to me looking for help.
Mr. Kruse has briefed and argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Illinois 5th District Court of Appeals and Illinois Supreme Court. Mr. Kruse has had two cases (a large medical malpractice case and a personal injury/wrongful death case of particular note) published on the front page of Missouri Lawyers weekly.
